Just As JESUS Did

Are we to do JUST AS Jesus did? Some bristle at a statement like that. We have been taught that Jesus’ work was unique and a onetime act. Yes, and no.

Yes, in that Jesus’ life, ministry, death, and resurrection happened ONCE FOR ALL and then He sat down, no one else BUT the incarnate Christ could accomplish. ┬áThere could not have been another Lamb of God slain before the foundation of the world. No more sacrifice for sin… ever. It is finished!

Revisionist Reformation

Contrary to popular belief, the Reformation did not start with Luther, nor is it encapsulated with Luther. Many before that date (hundreds of years earlier) were engaged in this act of reformation and were tortured and killed AT THE HANDS OF CATHOLICS, AND LATER PROTESTANTS because of this violent pursuit of the Kingdom of God.
